Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders $50 and above within the United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $7.99.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
To ensure faster delivery, orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at supports@fixicstore.com if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship to the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at supports@fixicstore.com.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us at supports@fixicstore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for US orders, which provides reliable 1–3 day delivery with tracking.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To request a return, contact us at supports@fixicstore.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
What items can be returned?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

What if my order has already shipped?
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return following our Return & Refund Policy
Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong address?
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded if the customer entered an incorrect shipping address.
